Welcome to Ho'opili in Ewa Beach, a new home community on the west side of Oahu.  This extremely popular master-planned development by DR Horton is a long term project that offers new condos, townhomes, and homes to interested buyers.  Ho'opili began its new home sales in 2015 and from the start became an overnight success.  With the shortage of residential real estate on Oahu, the projected 11,000 units are expected to have continued interest with Oahu home buyers.

The community of Ho'opili offers a variety of properties to Buyers.  There are single level condos, one and two-story townhomes, flex units that incorporate living and business spaces, and a range of single family homes.  With the project this large, the floorplans and property offerings can change with each release of inventory and when new Ho'opili communities become available.

Ho'opili Prices

Ho'opili prices range from approximately $400,000 to $900,000 depending on the size and features of each property.  This includes condos as small as studios, to 4 bedroom single family homes. 

New Home Lottery at Ho'opili - Schedule a Showing  

With demand for new homes in Ewa Beach, exceeds building production.  To make the home purchase process fair, interested buyers typically have to enter a Ho'opil new home lottery. The lotteries for condos, townhomes, and homes are held every few weeks.  Buyers are urged to enter the lottery as soon as possible to have the best chances of purchasing a new home.  Construction takes approximately 4-6 months.

Ho'opili Location

Ho'opili is located off of H1 Exit 3, and at the start of the Oahu Rail line, with three stops along the community.  Oahu's traffic can be heavy at peak times of the day, and Ho'opili's location in Ewa Beach makes it a convenient community to live in.  Residents will have quick and easy access to the highway and Oahu Rail. (Partial operation is slated to begin at the end of 2020).  Ho'opili is a mile away from Oahu's second-largest mall, Ka Makana Ali'i Mall, a short drive from Costco, Home Depot, Target, an ever-growing number of businesses offering a variety of services, and a multitude of restaurants in adjacent Kapolei.

Community Features

The Ho'opili master plan includes new schools, community parks, swimming pool(s), common areas, playgrounds, and businesses.  The community will also have easy access to the highway and to 3 rail stops on the Kapolei/Honolulu route.  This just the beginning of a beautiful community.  Building is going fast, and many of the homeowners are already enjoying the large playground and common areas, with new features under construction or soon to be added to the area.  The benefit of a master-planned neighborhood is the pre-planning that goes in prior to even the first building going up.  Every space is allocated to a purpose, every street has a nice streetscape.  There is room for school expansion as the need arises.  The work flex units that are available throughout the community offer residents a chance to run small businesses out of their residences.
