Assuming that you have your cash or pre-qualification letter in hand, the best place is make a list of your needs and wants for your new condo.  A need would be a certain number of bedrooms that you have to have.  A want would be something like a view.  You may not be able to live without an extra bedroom, but you may be able to live with an ocean view, versus being ocean front.  Knowing what you must have and would like but can live without, will really help.

Ice Skating in Kakaako is a blast!  Sponsored by the Howard Hughes Corporation, Ice Skating outdoors in Hawaii is now a reality.  Kakaako neighborhood in Honolulu is going through a huge change.  The redevelopment of 60 acres of commercial space into beautiful residential areas, will transform this area into a walkable, thriving, neighborhood, called Ward Village.  Events, like outdoor ice skating in Hawaii, will be a part of this new vibrant community.

A 4 acre park will soon replace what is now a parking lot and small shopping area.  Many of the Ward Village events, will be held at the park.  So in addition, or in lieu of ice skating, residents will be able to have movie nights, picnics, outdoor exercise classes, and any other events that may come up
